Steps & Conditions

Comprehensive insurance covering the following cases (Roll-over, collision, fire, explosion, self-ignition, theft, burglary).

Insurance coverage for private registered vehicles for personal use.

Car age should not exceed 5 years from the manufacturing year.

No police report is required except for cases of: theft, burglary, fire, total loss, civil liability.

For repairs carried out at authorized service centers, customers will be charged 10% of the total repair invoice (except for brand-new cars) and EGP 300 for every accident.

Replacement car key covers up to EGP 5,000 or up to EGP 8,000 if the car's market value exceeds EGP 1,500,000.

Premier program covers up to EGP 2,500 of the driver’s medical fees in case of injuries resulting from an accident.

In case of death, the Premier program covers EGP 100,000 for the driver, and EGP 50,000 for each passenger up to a maximum of 4 passengers.

In case of car repair at authorized service centers, no survey after repair is required in the premiere program, with up to EGP 100,000 claim value.

No deductibles applicable on brand-new cars, while the insured shall pay a mandatory cost of EGP 300 for each accident for cars up to 5 years from the year of manufacture.

In the case of theft, the insured will receive 100% of the insurance value or the market value, whichever is lower.

If the sunroof or panorama glass have any damages due to an accident, the customer will cover 25% of the repair fees.

In case of an accident leading to damage or break in the radio cassette, compensation shall be up to 2% of the market value or insurance value, whichever is less.

In case of an accident leading to damage or breaking a part or more parts of the car, the customer is compensated in accordance with the rates prescribed by the Financial Regulator Authority.

For Blue program subscribers, inspection before and after repair of fragile car parts takes; for the other insurance programs, inspection applies after repair only.

In case the vehicle was financed, 25% of the insurance policy value will be paid in advance.
